Wednesday, June 29th, 2011Neighbor Turns to Trauma Scene Cleanup Firm For Advice on Cleaning Jumper From Asphalt
Friday, June 10th, 2011A 24-year-old Illinois man decided to jump out of his plane over Spring Hill, Fla. after it started to break apart in midair. The faulty 2010 Czech Sport aircraft “was in a “flat spin” and apparently had lost a wing before it went down,” said Deputies and Hernando County firefighters in the Tampa Tribune. It crashed within a mile of where the man’s body landed, which happened to be on a residential street. The body shattered on impact peppering nearby homes and leaving a watermelon type splatter ingrained on both the asphalt road and a homeowner’s driveway.
One neighbor called Advanced Bio-Treatment requesting advice on proper trauma scene clean up as families were quite affected by this horrific event. ABT warned there were serious bio hazard safety concerns about kids possibly coming in contact with blood and body fluid while outside, and that a proper scene cleanup should be done. Additionally, the need to remove a shadowy stain that constantly reminded neighbors of the spectacular nature of the young man’s death was recommended.
After assessing the approximate 40 yard stain and other visible contamination located on a garage door, mail boxes, walls, and on top of shingled roofs, ABT concluded that there were multiple points of unseen contamination that could come in direct contact with children and adults and recommended a proper trauma scene cleanup. ABT recommended that the entire area be disinfected and offered ideas for the removal or alteration of the stain. Unfortunately, the neighbor that called disregarded the biological nature of the hazard and no one called back.
In this day and age it is very important to protect yourself, your family and others who may visit you by properly cleaning scenes of accidents, death, suicide and other biological hazards. And since many homeowners insurance policies will pay for it, why would you not have a expert cleanup company take care of the particular trauma scene by which you are affected? Last, even the value of your property may be negatively affected if you do not have a professional trauma scene cleaner make it safe.

Death Scene Cleanup of the Rich and Famous
Sunday, December 26th, 2010The nationally-known wrestler lived comfortably in his mansion in John’s Creek right outside of Atlanta. However, at times he would experience enormous anger, reflective of someone on steroids or certain kinds of amphetamines. He also possessed a robust sexual life often extending beyond the confines of sex with his wife. Often in the evening their palatial abode became a swinger’s paradise.
On one evening he saw his wife with another man shortly after he had been with another woman himself. His rage engulfed him so completely; he physically slugged the other man causing, among other things, the man’s head to bust open as they made impact with piece of heavy granite sculpture positioned near a wall. The victim responded by taking a fire poker, located barely within his limited reach, and spearing the wrestler by piercing him in the neck. As the wrestler began having breathing problems and realized he could not make a sound with his voice, he backed up to a closet in the same room and found a shotgun which he immediately cocked and proceeded to fire a single fatal shot disposing of his wife’s recent paramour. Immediately thereafter, the native of nearby Marietta aimed the muzzle at this mouth and blew himself to smithereens.
Shortly after the police responded, they recommended to a representative of the deceased wrestler’s wife, that he retain a suicide clean up company to dispose of the remains from the suicide scene. The suicide clean up company conducted themselves with the kind of professional grace, while performing their cleanup duties that exhibits their appreciation of the difficulty that shocked mourners have in the wake of such a tragedy.

Professional Death Odor Removal Services
Friday, November 26th, 2010Within minutes –or even seconds – after a person passes away, their corpse commences the natural progression of what many have referred to as rigor mortis. The symptoms of this progressive condition include not only the sudden coldness of the corpse’s skin but also the decomposition of many bodily tissues and the reflexive expulsion of bodily fluids at or after expiration. These decomposing tissues and foul fluids can generate noxious odors in the environment and leave a pungent, foul smell that has the propensity to linger in carpet fibers and drapes, boards and grout that contain a room and can travel through certain ventilation systems. For landowners, landlords, business owners or elderly care facility operators, the negative health and aesthetics consequences associated with the failure to remove a corpse soon after death necessitates the timely retention of a death odor removal company or a homicide scene clean up company.

Crime Scene Aftermath: University Shooting
Tuesday, September 28th, 2010The disturbed graduate student had had enough. Years of being ostracized and scoffed at would soon come to an end. On a spring morning on the university’s campus he walked in to a classroom and shot two students. Before the campus officials or police could respond, he walked to a different building and unloaded a series of shots killing several unarmed students and wounding scores of others, many physically and others mentally or emotionally. By the time the university issued a campus-wide lockdown and the deranged perpetrator shot himself, over a dozen people were dead.
The entire university community was in a state of deep shock. With security issues to address and memorial services to plan, one aspect of the response that the university officials were free from having to concern themselves with was the death scene cleanup. The university hired a death scene cleaner company which does accident scene cleanings, crime scene cleanings, homicide scene cleanings, blood scene cleanings, meth lab cleanings, odor removal cleanings and suicide scene cleanings. They reviewed the affected areas where the shootings took place. They further applied the appropriate solvents to get rid of the blood.
They removed all the shredded tissue and took care of other cleaning responsibilities. Then the death scene cleaners sanitized and decontaminated the crime scene and advised the university’s custodial staff about what they did and what they might want to be looking for in the future to ensure no hazardous or toxic materials reemerge. While the university would take years to fully recover from the tragedy, the crime scene cleanup aspect of the response was complete.
